Children’s Refuge was founded out of a deep commitment to vulnerable children and their caregivers. Its founder, Coleman Bailley, has been serving in this space for more than ten years, walking alongside children in crisis and the families who open their homes to them. Through years of hands-on work in communities around the world, Coleman witnessed both the desperate needs children face and the life-changing impact that comes when local caregivers are equipped and supported. Out of that experience, Children’s Refuge was born—a movement dedicated to ensuring every child has access to safety, care, education, and hope for a brighter future.
